Prior to joining Cathelco in 1986, he was a professional squash player with 100 caps for his country.

A Chartered Surveyor with 20 years property development experience. Prior to joining Cathelco he was employed by ARC Properties and Boots Properties working on a number of significant development projects including:

• Priory Meadow, Hastings - town centre retail redevelopment.
• St George's, Harrow - town centre retail redevelopment.
• Eastern Avenue, Gloucester - retail park.
• ShiresYard, Bath - speciality retail in an historic setting.
• The Podium, Bath - mixed use city centre project in an historic setting.
• The Market Place, Blackwood - town centre retail regeneration.
