A Grade 2 listed Elizabethan farmhouse and three adjacent barns on the outskirts of Chesterfield, purchased at auction.
After many years as an agricultural tenancy, Cathelco achieved planning consent on appeal to redevelop what was a very run down farm into four prestigious dwellings. Many historical features were revealed including very rare early oak slat/shutter windows, an oak spiral staircase, a well and substantial roof timbers.
