Barncliffe is a superb brownfield site located adjacent to the Hallamshire Golf Club on a ridge with extensive views to the South into Derbyshire and the North into Yorkshire.
Cathelco purchased the site unconditionally from Sheffield City Council and are currently in the process of seeking planning consent for residential development.
The current concept is for 19 apartments in two separate buildings. Input affecting the final design is being sought from planners and neighbours before a planning application is made.
